TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Joey Matterhorn, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Inbox Loot (“Inbox Loot,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of InboxLoot.com, all affiliated websites, applications, rewards programs, promotional campaigns, email communications, mobile messaging programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, registering for, participating in, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
Inbox Loot operates a promotional rewards platform through which users may voluntarily register to receive promotional emails, surveys, advertisements, offers, rewards opportunities, and other marketing communications. Participation in the Services is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, are legal residents of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update your information if it changes.
Registration and Communications Consent
By registering for an account, submitting your email address, providing your mobile telephone number, checking an affirmative consent box, or otherwise enrolling in any communication program offered by Inbox Loot, you expressly consent to receive communications from Inbox Loot, including promotional emails, newsletters, surveys, reward notifications, account updates, transactional messages, customer service communications, and, where separately consented to, recurring automated marketing and informational SMS and MMS messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained within the email. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and where available, you may reply HELP for customer assistance. Your participation in any mobile messaging program is also governed by the Inbox Loot Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions. By providing a mobile telephone number, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the number provided and that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.
Electronic Communications
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, account information, policies, and other communications that Inbox Loot provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing and have the same force and effect as if provided in paper form.
Rewards Program
Users may have the opportunity to earn rewards by completing qualifying offers, surveys, registrations, promotional activities, or other actions made available through the Services. Rewards are earned only after successful completion, proper tracking, verification, fraud review, approval by the applicable advertiser or affiliate network, and receipt of payment by Inbox Loot from the applicable advertiser or network. Completion of an offer alone does not guarantee payment or reward eligibility.
Offer Verification and Adjustments
Inbox Loot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, reverse, adjust, suspend, delay, or permanently withhold rewards if it determines that fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, incomplete offer completion, advertiser rejection, chargebacks, technical errors, tracking failures, suspicious activity, policy violations, or any other circumstance affecting reward validity has occurred. Inbox Loot’s determination regarding reward eligibility shall be final.
Payments
Users may request payment after accumulating a minimum verified reward balance of Thirty Dollars ($30.00). Payments may be issued through PayPal or any other payment method designated by Inbox Loot. Inbox Loot reserves the right to require identity verification before issuing payment, to delay payments while fraud prevention reviews are conducted, and to refuse or cancel payments where fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
Third-Party Offers
The Services may include offers, surveys, advertisements, products, or services provided by third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, merchants, lead generation companies, survey providers, marketing partners, and other independent businesses. Inbox Loot does not own, operate, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party website, offer, product, service, advertisement, privacy practice, or representation. Any interactions between you and a third party are solely between you and that third party.
Mobile Messaging
Inbox Loot may operate one or more SMS and MMS messaging programs using 10DLC numbers, toll-free numbers, or short codes. Participation in any mobile messaging program requires your prior express consent. By voluntarily opting into a messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, informational, transactional, and account-related text messages from Inbox Loot. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP where available for assistance. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the Inbox Loot Privacy Policy. Inbox Loot does not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent, except as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to create multiple accounts, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, provide a telephone number that you are not authorized to use, utilize bots, scripts, automation, VPNs, proxy services, or other technologies designed to manipulate the Services, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, engage in fraudulent conduct, violate applicable laws, or otherwise misuse the platform. Inbox Loot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms.
Account Suspension and Termination
Inbox Loot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created security risks, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm Inbox Loot, its users, advertisers, or business partners. Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INBOX LOOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF THE SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INBOX LOOT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL INBOX LOOT’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL VERIFIED REWARDS PAID TO YOU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inbox Loot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
Inbox Loot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon posting to the Services unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
